Full stack rewrite and expansion for a Swedish hospitality client: legacy CodeIgniter portal migrated to a modern PHP framework, Fortnox integration, customer and worker mobile apps, and a new point-of-sale system. Owned architecture, delivery and the customer relationship for ~2 years. Engagement paused with continuation offer out.

Kraken — agentic-first ERP + POS for cafés and restaurants. Custom agent harness over the domain, live in alpha/beta at a partner restaurant. Led two developers to delivery.

Staren — customer-support agent reading Gmail through an agent harness against a client knowledge base; generates confidence-scored drafts, learns from human edits, auto-sends on request.

MCP servers — custom MCP server for Swedish accounting (Fortnox), driven from Claude Desktop; also prototyped a full headless ERP stack served behind MCP to replace off-the-shelf bloat for small clients.

- Takt — autonomous AI development harness: feed it a spec, get working code; solo, team and debug modes.
- Munin — persistent agentic memory system.
- Dikta — minimal, fully offline macOS dictation app with a global hotkey.
- Uven — in-house chat + video platform, Slack-alike, preparing for launch.
- claude-tools, tswitch — day-to-day engineering tooling: Claude agents / skills / settings bundle and a tmux project opener.
Alongside these: ongoing work on local models, token economics and reusable skill chains for product work, UX audits, brand voice and codebase security reviews.
