Led a team of four through a full stack rewrite of a Swedish cleaning-service client's platform. Legacy CodeIgniter portal migrated to modern Laravel, Fortnox integration, customer and worker mobile apps, and a new point-of-sale system. 3+ years; relationship ongoing.
